Florence Fu 傅曦瑶 is a writer and designer in New York. She holds a B.A. in art history and a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of Type West’s year-long type design certificate program.

Currently, she is a contributor to Sharp Type and Letterform Archive. Her writing has been featured in AIGA Eye on Design and Communication Arts. Her research interests revolve around the impact of modernism, colonialism, imperialism, and globalization on graphic design, typography, and visual culture in East Asia in 20th and 21st centuries.
